What is Cluster AI?
Cluster AI is an app that allows you to chat with multiple AI models simultaneously, providing diverse perspectives and insights from a variety of models in one interface.
How do I get started?
Download the app, create an account, select the AI models you want to chat with, and start a conversation!
Which AI models are available?
Cluster AI gives you access to a variety of leading AI models, including those from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others, depending on your subscription tier.
Account Management
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Cluster AI account and all associated data by following these steps:
- Open the Cluster AI app
- Tap the menu icon in the top right corner to open the profile drawer
- Scroll down to the bottom section of the drawer
- Tap "Delete Account"
- In the confirmation dialog, type "delete" in the text field
- Tap the "Delete Account" button
Note: This action cannot be undone. All your data, including conversations, will be permanently deleted.
How do I reset my password?
If you've forgotten your password:
- Go to the login screen
- Tap "Forgot Password"
- Enter your email address
- Check your email and follow the instructions to reset your password
How do I update my email address?
To update your email address:
- Open the profile drawer
- Tap the edit icon next to your current email
- Enter your new email address
- Verify your new email with the 6-digit code sent to that address
Subscriptions
What subscription plans are available?
We offer several tiers:
- Free: Limited tokens and messages per day
- Standard: Increased token and message limits
- Pro: Higher limits and access to premium models
- Enterprise: Maximum limits and full access to all models
How do I manage my subscription?
You can view and manage your subscription:
- In the app: Open the profile drawer and tap "My Subscription"
- On iOS: Through the App Store under your Apple ID subscriptions
- On Android: Through Google Play under your subscriptions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions can be cancelled through:
- iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Cluster AI > Cancel
- Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Cluster AI > Cancel
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchases?
If you've changed devices or reinstalled the app:
- Go to the Subscription screen
- Tap "Restore Purchases"
- Any active subscriptions tied to your App Store or Google Play account will be restored
Using Cluster AI
How do I create a new conversation?
From the home screen, tap the floating "+" button or "New Chat" button. Select the AI models you wish to include, then tap "Start Chat".
How do I select which AI models to use?
When starting a new chat, you'll be presented with the model selection screen. Check the models you want to include, then tap "Start Chat".
What are tokens and how do they work?
Tokens are units of text that AI models process. Each subscription tier has a token limit, which refreshes monthly. The more complex your conversations, the more tokens they use.
